The State Head's Young Programme, announced by the Public Authority of Pakistan in 2013, includes different initiatives aimed at empowering the nation's youth. One of the programme's essential components is the top state leader's PC Plan.

This programme, which is currently in its fourth and fifth stages, intends to enhance exploration skills, improve quality education, and provide access to data innovation to exceptional understudies all over the country. The plan is to improve the nation's education and research culture by distributing PCs to students at the start of their academic careers.

Process of Distribution and Application

The Pakistan Advanced Education Commission (HEC) is in charge of obtaining and allocating PCs under the scheme. Interested understudies can apply online at the Understudies' Administration Entryway.

Following the completion of the check procedure, each college accepts its allotted portion of PCs in accordance with predetermined procedures.

Merit Lists and Distribution Criteria

The following are the circulation standards for PC grants:

• Common categorization based on enrollment share proportionate to overall understudy enrollment in advanced education foundations, with explicit classifications prohibited.
• Understudies enrolled in a PhD, MPhil, MS, or comparable programme are eligible.

Criteria for ICT and GCT College Distribution

PCs are granted to universities affiliated with the Islamabad Capital Domain (ICT) and Government Specialised Schools (GCTs) in Pakistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJ&K). The most recent academic achievement in tests conducted by the appropriate board is used to build the validity list.
